Nu-Drain pipes are made as per IS:15328 and marked with ISI mark. These pipes are available in different stiffness classes as given in the table below. In addition to the pipes in 110mm to 315mm sizes with rubber ring type sockets, pipes up to 200mm sizes are available with solvent weld type socket ends.
Plain ended pipes upto 250mm are supplied with a separate couplers having unique click ring and rubber-seal design. Only 400mm size pipes are supplied with plain end and solvent weld type couplers. The pipes are available in 3m and 6m lengths.
Eco-drain® pipes are not solid wall pipes but have a unique wall structure i.e. pipes with a number of “holes” in the wall thickness in longitudinal direction. As a result, the Eco-drain® pipes are noticeably lighter and less expensive than any existing PVC pipe of similar stiffness and many times lighter than a concrete pipe with equivalent load carrying capacity. Because of the numerous advantages, these pipes are widely accepted and used in several European countries. Pipes upto 400mm sizes are available with plain ends as well as socketed ends with elastomeric rubber rings.
These pipes have a equivalent stiffness and flexibility alike solid wall plastic pipes and also conforms to international standards. Depending on the size these pipes offers a weight reduction from 10% to 35% in comparison with the solid wall pipes of similar stiffness class. In addition to the solid wall pipes and Eco-drain® structure wall pipes, we have recently introduced foam core pipe in 110mm size. This pipe is supplied with socketed ends.
